Yes. We develop custom aluminium gravity die cast components from customer drawings, samples and application requirements, subject to technical and commercial feasibility.
Our known production range covers components from a few grams up to 20 kg per piece. Actual feasibility depends on geometry, alloy, die design, wall sections and machining requirements.
We accept aluminium casting OEM and job-work enquiries for suitable gravity die casting projects. Please provide ownership details for existing dies, drawings, expected quantities and the operations required.
Our aluminium foundry is in Kalyan, Maharashtra, near Mumbai, and we accept custom casting enquiries from OEM customers in all 28 Indian states and 8 union territories. Supply remains subject to order terms, technical approval and delivery arrangements.
As-cast dimensions are formed by the die and casting process. Critical faces, bores, threads and close fits may require secondary machining. The drawing should identify both categories clearly.
